Co-Design Project: updates

Tesisquare's commitment is demonstrated not only in delivering top-quality services to all clients but also, and above all, in the continuous effort invested in providing the best work environment. As you may know, Co-Design meetings took place over the summer, guided by key trends emerging from Beaconforce.

These sessions were conducted with a co-design methodology, allowing each participant to freely express their opinions with the aim of improving areas where issues had been identified. The focus groups included diverse participants from various age groups, years of experience, and roles within the company.

We would now like to update you on the initiatives undertaken following the constructive co-design activity held at the Assago office on June 4th. This meeting, marked by active participation, generated valuable improvement insights that we are progressively implementing.

Among the first concrete actions, we have engaged Dr. Francesca Bucci Sabattini from the occupational medicine center, “MEDICOLAVORO.ORG,” to conduct medical check-ups for colleagues based in the Assago office. The clinic is located at the Centro Direzionale Milanofiori, Strada 6, Palazzo N2, 1st floor, Rozzano, just 300 meters from our office.
We have also purchased a foosball table, now available in the coffee lounge, to encourage social interactions and team-building activities, such as a foosball tournament.
Responding to the need for greater institutional presence at the Assago office, the HR team has committed to visiting the office more frequently, hoping this will serve as an example for other colleagues as well.
In October, the office hosted MEDDIC training for the Sales team.

We understand that creating a more lively and engaging office environment requires ongoing effort, and we are confident that, with everyone’s contribution, we can build an increasingly dynamic and welcoming workplace.
