The admission form contained in this section (the “Admission Document” – Italian Only) is an Admission Document, on the professional segment (ExtraMOT) of the ExtraMOT market operated by the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana SpA), of the debt securities issued by Tesi SpA and has been drafted in accordance with the ExtraMOT Market Rules (the “ExtraMOT Regulation”).
Debt securities are reserved exclusively for subscription by professional investors subject to prudential supervision in accordance with special laws within the meaning of Article 2483 of the Italian Civil Code (the “Professional Investors Subject to Prudential Supervision”).
