Elision, the start-up that fights counterfeiting, is born


Created from the merger between 3rand Up Solutions and H&S Custom, a Tesisquare Group company

From the need to support Made in Italy companies, especially Fashion&Luxury, Retail and Manufacturing, in curbing counterfeiting, comes Elision, the startup resulting from the merger project between 3rand Up Solutions, a company specialising in anti-counterfeiting and consumer engagement services, and H&S Custom, a company dealing with digital innovation applied to traceability and grey market issues; both controlled by the Tesisquare Group, a leading Italian company in innovative solutions in the field of Supply Chain. Elision associates high-end goods with a digital identity to guarantee the authenticity of the products, and at the same time to create a storytelling that enhances the brand and the sustainability of the products, involving the consumer in an emotional experience to build loyalty. By means of serialised objects such as QrCode, RFID, UHF, HF and NFC, Elision provides products with a real digital passport, which contains within it information about its origin and components.

The union of the two companies allows us to ensure that the end customer always receives the product in the best conditions and with all the guarantees of quality, sustainability and reliability that have always distinguished the great Italian brands.”

The merger between the two companies means greater fluidity on all control processes along the Value Chain, integrating the technical know-how of H&S Custom with the Luxury market knowledge of 3randUp Solutions. Elision will position itself as an IoT company, leveraging the skills and ecosystem of the TESISQUARE Group. The start-up will offer its customers a suite of services capable of orchestrating and managing product traceability and authenticity processes, with huge benefits across the entire value chain.

Elision is able to provide a wide range of services and solutions to support companies in the development of Digital Identity and the Digital Product Passport. The latter document, which came into force in France on 1 January for clothing and textile products and will be extended to the other EU countries from 2024, aims to collect data on a product and its supply chain, and make this information available to all stakeholders involved, including consumers, so that they can better understand the products they use and their impact.
