Contract Logistics: building a new future from the emergency

The Conference for the presentation of the research results of the Contract Logistics “Gino Marchet” Observatory will be held on 10 November from 9:30 to 13:30

In 2020, logistics highlighted all its importance for the country system and all supply chains, as well as an even stronger drive for innovation. The 2020 edition that began at the end of February, together with the spread of the Covid-19 emergency in our country, will analyze the impact of the emergency on the logistcs sector, in a broader context of evolution linked to greater attention to sustainability aspects. – economic, environmental and social – where logistics is faced with the most important challenges.

Key topics of the conference include: market trends, both in quantitative and qualitative terms, will be addressed; the evolution in terms of economic, environmental and social sustainability, with a specific focus on the impact of Covid-19 in the short and medium/long term and in setting up the logistics system and the customer-supplier relationship; Big Data Analytics 4.0 solutions and solutions connected to the Sharing Economy paradigm.
