Osservatorio Digital Innovation in Retail

TESISQUARE will be participating in the Osservatorio Digital Innovation in Retail, which will be held in Milan on February 13th. Today’s technology is helping customers keep track of their purchases, and changing the ways in which those consumers interact with retailers. These trends are affecting the way traditional retailers need to connect with consumers, and better serve demanding customers.

The 2019 Research findings from the Osservatorio Digital Innovation in Retail, promoted by the School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano, will be an opportunity to answer the following questions:
